Movers in Houston, TX
Houston moves are building moves as much as they are furniture moves. Downtown, Midtown, the Museum District, the Medical Center, and Uptown are dense with mid-rise and high-rise buildings, and nearly all of them want a certificate of insurance on file and a freight elevator reserved before a crew is allowed past the lobby.
We handle that paperwork ahead of the date. Inside the Loop, the older neighborhoods bring the opposite problem: the Heights, Montrose, and Rice Military have narrow lots, street-only parking, and garage apartments up a single exterior staircase.

What makes a Houston move different.
The things that actually change the plan here, rather than a list that would fit any town in Texas.
COIs and elevator reservations
Most Houston high-rises require a certificate of insurance naming the building and a booked freight elevator window. We arrange both with building management before move day.
Inside-the-Loop parking
The Heights, Montrose, and Rice Military are frequently street-park-only. We scope the truck position and any permit need during the walkthrough.
Timing around the freeways
I-610, I-45, and US-59 decide how long a Houston move takes far more than mileage does. We schedule loading so the truck is not sitting on the Loop at 5pm.
- Binding written estimate — no reweigh games
- No deposit required to book

Moving in Houston.
My building requires a certificate of insurance. Can you provide one?
Yes. Give us the building's requirements when you book and we will have the COI issued and on file with management before move day.
Do you move into high-rise apartments downtown?
Regularly. We reserve the freight elevator for a set window, protect the lobby and elevator interior, and plan the load order so the crew is not waiting on the lift.
There is nowhere to park a truck on my street.
Common inside the Loop. We scope truck placement during the walkthrough, and where the street will not take a full-size truck we plan a shuttle rather than surprising you with one.
How do I get a quote?
Call or text us at (346) 581-6443. For most homes we can quote from a short video walkthrough on your phone — you walk room to room, we see what actually has to move, and you get a real number instead of a guess.
Is the price you quote the price I pay?
Yes. You get one written estimate, itemized by room, and it is binding before we load anything. There is no reweigh, no surprise stair charge, and no “it was heavier than expected” conversation at the other end.
Do you require a deposit to book?
No. We do not hold a deposit before your things have even been touched. You book the date, we show up, and you pay when the work is done.
