The Route

Four stops, no surprises.

The same sequence every time — it's how the price stays the price.

  1. 01
    Stop 1

    Request a quote

Send photos or a quick video walkthrough. You get an accurate number in minutes — not a phone guess.

  2. 02
    Stop 2

    Sign the estimate

One written price, itemized by room, binding before we load anything. No “it weighed more than expected.”

  3. 03
    Stop 3

    Move day

Your assigned crew arrives on time, wraps and loads everything, and stays with your shipment start to finish.

  4. 04
    Stop 4

    Delivery & walkthrough

We place furniture where you want it and walk the manifest with you together before we leave.

  • Binding written estimate — no reweigh games
  • No deposit required to book
  • Video or in-home walkthrough before you commit
  • One crew start to finish — never subcontracted
Stop 1

The walkthrough is the whole trick.

Almost every moving horror story starts with a price quoted over the phone by someone who never saw the house.

A five-minute video walkthrough on your phone tells us more than twenty minutes of questions. We see the actual furniture, the actual stairs, and the actual driveway — so the number we give you is a number we can stand behind rather than a hopeful guess that gets revised upward on move day.

What to show us

  • Open closets, cabinets, and the garage — that is where the volume hides
  • Show us the stairs, the elevator, and where a truck could park
  • Point out anything fragile, oversized, or genuinely irreplaceable
  • Tell us what is NOT going, so we do not price it

Stop 2

Binding means binding.

Your estimate is itemized by room and signed before anything is loaded.

A non-binding estimate is a guess the mover is allowed to revise once your possessions are already on their truck — which is the worst possible moment to discover a disagreement about price. That leverage is the entire reason the practice exists.

We do the opposite. The estimate is signed before loading, every line is visible, and there is no reweigh clause to invoke later. If the job turns out to be smaller than we scoped, you are not paying for the difference.

What you will not see

  • A reweigh fee after loading
  • A surprise stair or long-carry charge
  • A deposit held before we arrive
  • A different company's truck at your door
  • A fuel surcharge invented on the day
Stop 3

How to make move day short.

None of this is required. All of it saves you hours.

Keep one box with you

Chargers, medication, documents, a change of clothes, and anything you will want before the truck is unloaded. That box rides with you, not with us.

Empty the drawers you can

Dressers can usually travel with clothes in them. Anything with liquid, glass, or real weight should come out first.

Plan for pets and small children

Doors stay open for hours on move day. Most people arrange for both to be somewhere else, and it makes the day dramatically calmer.

Decide where furniture goes before we arrive

A rough floor plan for the new place means we place things once instead of three times. It is the single biggest time-saver at the destination.

Stop 4

We finish by walking it with you.

Furniture goes where you want it, not wherever the truck emptied fastest.

Placed, not stacked

Beds reassembled, furniture in the right rooms, boxes in the room named on the label.

Manifest checked together

We walk the inventory with you before anyone leaves, so nothing is discovered missing a week later.

Debris taken away

If we packed you, we can take the empty boxes and paper with us rather than leaving a cardboard mountain.

Questions

About the process.

How do I get a quote?

Call or text us at (346) 581-6443. For most homes we can quote from a short video walkthrough on your phone — you walk room to room, we see what actually has to move, and you get a real number instead of a guess.

Is the price you quote the price I pay?

Yes. You get one written estimate, itemized by room, and it is binding before we load anything. There is no reweigh, no surprise stair charge, and no “it was heavier than expected” conversation at the other end.

Do you require a deposit to book?

No. We do not hold a deposit before your things have even been touched. You book the date, we show up, and you pay when the work is done.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Tomball and serve the Greater Houston metro — Houston, Spring, Cypress, The Woodlands, Katy, and the communities in between. If you are not sure whether you are in range, call and ask.

What are your hours?

We are reachable seven days a week, 7:00am to 7:00pm. Commercial moves are frequently scheduled outside those hours by arrangement, including nights and weekends.

How far in advance should I book?

Two to four weeks is comfortable for most moves. Month-end dates, weekends, and the summer school-break window fill up first, so book earlier if your date is fixed.

How do you protect furniture and floors?

Furniture pads, shrink wrap, floor runners, and door jamb protection come standard on every job. Wrapping happens before anything moves rather than after something gets scratched.
