Everything people ask before booking.
If yours is not here, call or text — we would rather answer it now than have it come up on move day.
Quotes & booking
How do I get a quote?
Call or text us at (346) 581-6443. For most homes we can quote from a short video walkthrough on your phone — you walk room to room, we see what actually has to move, and you get a real number instead of a guess.
Is the price you quote the price I pay?
Yes. You get one written estimate, itemized by room, and it is binding before we load anything. There is no reweigh, no surprise stair charge, and no “it was heavier than expected” conversation at the other end.
Do you require a deposit to book?
No. We do not hold a deposit before your things have even been touched. You book the date, we show up, and you pay when the work is done.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Tomball and serve the Greater Houston metro — Houston, Spring, Cypress, The Woodlands, Katy, and the communities in between. If you are not sure whether you are in range, call and ask.
What are your hours?
We are reachable seven days a week, 7:00am to 7:00pm. Commercial moves are frequently scheduled outside those hours by arrangement, including nights and weekends.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most moves. Month-end dates, weekends, and the summer school-break window fill up first, so book earlier if your date is fixed.
Pricing
Do you supply boxes and materials?
Yes — boxes, paper, bubble wrap, tape, wardrobe boxes, dish barrels, and mirror cartons. They are itemized on your estimate rather than added afterward.
What if my closing dates do not line up?
That is what bridge storage is for. We store what we load, so the same crew that wraps your furniture puts it into storage and takes it back out. It is priced on your original estimate rather than renegotiated later.
Packing & materials
Do you pack for me, or do I pack myself?
Either. We do full-service packing, partial packing of just the rooms you would rather not handle, or nothing at all if you have it covered. Whatever you choose is priced on the estimate before move day.
On move day
How do you protect furniture and floors?
Furniture pads, shrink wrap, floor runners, and door jamb protection come standard on every job. Wrapping happens before anything moves rather than after something gets scratched.
Can you move a piano, a safe, or other heavy specialty items?
Yes. Pianos, safes, gun cabinets, oversized glass, and artwork are handled with the right equipment and quoted individually so there is no surprise on the day.
Will you disassemble and reassemble furniture?
Yes. Beds, tables, mirrors, and anything else that has to come apart to clear a doorway goes back together at the other end, in the room you want it in.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. The crew that loads your truck is the crew that unloads it. Your move is never handed off to another company partway through.
My building requires a certificate of insurance. Can you provide one?
Yes. Give us the building's requirements when you book and we will have the COI issued and filed with management, along with a reserved freight elevator window, before move day.
What happens on move day?
Your crew arrives inside the agreed window, walks the home with you, wraps and protects everything, loads to a plan, and at the other end places furniture where you want it. Then we walk the manifest together before anyone leaves.
Commercial moves
Can you move my office without shutting down the business?
That is how we schedule commercial jobs by default — evenings, weekends, and holiday closures. Workstations are labeled by seat and IT equipment is tracked separately so Monday morning looks normal.
