The short version
This website does not collect anything. There is no contact form, no account, no newsletter signup, and no advertising or analytics tracker embedded in these pages. If you never contact us, we never learn anything about you.
What we collect when you contact us
When you call or text (346) 581-6443, we receive your phone number, and we keep whatever you tell us about your move — names, addresses, dates, and a description of what needs to be moved. We collect it for one reason: to quote and carry out your move.
If you send us photos or a video walkthrough, we keep those for as long as needed to prepare and complete your estimate.
What we do with it
We use your information to prepare your estimate, schedule and perform the move, and follow up about it afterward. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing. We do not send marketing texts to people who contacted us about a quote unless they asked us to.
Who else sees it
Our crew sees what they need to do the job — addresses, access details, and the inventory. Where a move requires it, we share the minimum necessary with a building manager or property management company, such as when a certificate of insurance or an elevator reservation is needed.
How long we keep it
We keep move records for as long as we are required to for tax and insurance purposes, and delete what we no longer need. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by calling (346) 581-6443, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. Our hosting provider records standard server request logs, which is ordinary infrastructure operation rather than tracking.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
